p.s you're right. i am giggling to myself. your comments are almost as amusing as my original post. almost. one, "geography" was a game that kids of my generation played in the back seat of their parents' car on long road trips whenever mom and dad didn't want to be bothered by their little brats. two, i have no choice but to moderate my comments now because some folks just don't know how to play by the rules (no naming names, no bashing other readers, no links to weirdo websites, etc.) three, what's orillia? four, speaking of ross, i did go crazy once trying to remember the names of the '76-'77 montreal canadiens, easily the greatest team in nhl history. five, "who reads your blog during the summertime anyway?" harsh.

  2. i figured out your little game here.
it's a puzzle thing that you made for yourself, i assume?

you used the last letter of the aforementioned word and used it as the first letter of the next "destination".

ottawA ----> AnchoragE------> Edmonton, etc, etc.
    all the way to india.
and you couldn't think of anymore
and it took you six minutes and fourteen seconds to do that.

at first, i thought you were trying to do something like of ross went crazy trying to name off all the states of america.

"the one where chandler doesn't like dogs" season 7.

oh and in regards to "ohio ohio (can you think of one?)"

i can't believe you forgot orillia.
    way to be canadian.

  3. oh and because your blog does not allow me to see my comment right away, i forgot if i mentionned that you could have continued your list with alabama....

    after india i mean.

i think you should change your settings now so that people can post anything they want without your consent.

i mean, who reads your blog during the summer time anyway?

i imagine that you are now giggling to yourself with your little "hmpph, hmmpph."

  7. I used to play that game all the time ! we called it "car geography" picked it out from a beverly cleary book (ramona quimby, age 8, i think it was called).

Another interesting one to keep you occupied is to look for signs starting with the letters of the alphabet, in order.

AND: Albuquerque, Ahmadabad, Austin, Angola, Oman

  10. oh and ps. my comments are ALWAYS better than your original posts. they're always MORE amusing their your posts.

remember when you once told me that it irked you that people were leaving comments about my comments rather than comments about your blog?

    just jogging your memory.
