"it's important that you leave something behind. something that you will be remembered for. it's important that you leave a legacy." - anonymous
maybe it's time to follow different people to get a slightly more entertaining home page 8)
ReplyDeleteand what's your twitter?
p.s. it's not "be a twitter" ; you can't be a twitter ! you can tweet, so you can be a tweeter :)! although i realize the play on words with "be a twitter" ... and twitter ... but still. i think it's tweeter, not twitter.
ReplyDeleteE-how.com calls it "tweeter", which is good enough for me for providing a resource which proves the use of the word "tweeter" as opposed to twitter.

hmm... I wonder who the anonymous person was who left the quote about legacies. Sounds awfully familiar. Goes back to the start of last year, when you called some of your students "legacy children".
ReplyDeleteoh boyyy. don't tell me that you are going to tweet about the bieb. just don't. EVER.
ReplyDeleteWow this 'www' person is obsessed with twitter... and starbucks O.O And that waxing tweet by him/her is a little TMI. LOL :)
ReplyDeleteI refuse to tweet. :)

twitter is useless. don't argue with me. there is absoultely no point of twitter. facebook is almost as useless as twitter. the only purpose of these networking sites is to tell your online friends that "i fell like a coffee". nothing important, but rather useless info that noone needs to know. some might argue that these sites are how people stay in contact with each other. but a news flash into reality, there was something called the phone that was invented wayyyy before the computer was invented. so why has society changed their views on the many ways of communication? for example, why do many people choose to text message their friends over calling them? both forms of communication occur on the same piece of hardware. so why would someone choose to type out something in abbreviations and slang instead of talking straight to the person? you know, for all of those facebookers and tweeters out there reading this, take this as a challenge to take a sabatical from facebook and twitter for a day. trust me, all of you won't survive the first hour of no newtorking sites. but prove me wrong.
ReplyDelete^to the last post. you argue that people should be using the phone over networking sites, but why the phone? the phone changed communication just like networking sites have. instead of using the phone, why do people not get together FACE TO FACE?, isnt that better than just talking to someone? your logic does not look at all aspects; with new technology everything changes, there is nothing wrong with using those sites. and btw i am doing this no networking thing..its not that hard.
ReplyDeleteand sir, you twitter? what is your account, maybe its time to follow you there too.
